These types of attacks utilize manipulative tactics to confuse and deceive victims into giving out highly sensitive information about individuals, companies, or organizations. The new chat bots have highly advanced natural language processing algorithms that allow them to generate very realistic and very human like phishing emails, even voice calls. It's getting harder and harder for any of us to detect these attacks, so we must be sure we provide frequent employee training on what to look for and how to recognize these attacks.
